Thank you sooo much!! Found it! - I am having this same issue. And I still can't find it. I have a Mac and it usually pops up when I just search for 'The Sims 4' I tried just searching for 'The Sims' but all that comes up is the game icon for The Sims 4, 3, and medieval, and the folders for The Sims 3 and medieval. But I don't see The Sims 4 folder :(

You'd better ask this question here - I am having this same issue. And I still can't find it. On a Mac, it should be in Documents -Electronic Arts -then the sims 4 folder is there.
